Before you order, take a minute to confirm the TrackMount will fit your cane and your tracker. This page covers both.
Cane Compatibility
The TrackMount fits cylindrical mobility aids with a shaft diameter between 7/16" and 7/8". The set includes both Main Body Caps (Standard and Extended) so you can fit any cane in this range — just use the right cap for your size.
Standard Main Body Cap — for canes with shaft diameters up to 7/8". Fits most standard adjustable canes, folding canes, quad canes, and handle for white canes.
Extended Main Body Cap — for canes with shaft diameters as small as 7/16". Fits white canes, hiking poles, and other narrow-shaft mobility aids.
How to Verify Your Cane Fits
We provide a free printable sizing guide. Print it at 100% scale, fold along the indicated line, and place your cane on the fold to confirm fit before ordering.
If your cane fits within the navy ring, the TrackMount will work for you. If your cane is larger than the navy ring, the TrackMount won't fit. If it's smaller than the inner ring, the device won't secure properly either.
Tracker Compatibility
The TrackMount is designed to hold standard-sized Bluetooth tracking devices. The following trackers fit:
✓ Apple AirTag
✓ Tile Sticker
✓ Motorola Moto Tag
The following trackers do NOT fit and are not compatible:
✗ Tile Slim — credit-card form factor is too large
✗ Tile (formerly Tile Mate) — square shape doesn't fit the round compartment
✗ Tile Pro — rectangular shape doesn't fit
✗ Samsung SmartTag and similar non-disc-shaped trackers
What the TrackMount Is NOT For
The TrackMount is designed exclusively for static mobility aids. It is not authorized for use on:
✗ Bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, or any other vehicle handlebars
✗ Sporting equipment during use (ski poles, hockey sticks, golf clubs, fishing rods, etc.)
✗ Children's toys or play equipment in use
✗ Any moving, rotating, vibrating, or operator-controlled equipment
Mobility aids — walking canes, walking sticks, walkers, crutches, and similar assistive devices — are designed for static, supportive use and are appropriate for the TrackMount. Objects that require unimpeded freedom of movement to function safely are not.
